Dear Guests:

Following are some of the adjustments and procedures we have implemented to our salon operations to meet state regulations and out of an abundance of caution for our staff, guests, and the community.

  1. Please wear a mask (one that loops behind the ears).  We recommend you bring a disposable mask if you are concerned with hair color stains.

  2. You must arrive on time. We need your cooperation in keeping appointment times to give us time to sanitize the space for the next client. We may need to forgo a blow dry or take other measures to fit into your allocated time.

  3. Call or text us from your car (781) 659-0510 when you arrive at the salon. Please wait outside or in your car until we contact you when your service provider is ready. This will eliminate extra people in the salon and allow us to clean the service area.

  4. Please come alone into the salon. We cannot accommodate extra family members, children, or friends. If someone is assisting you into the salon, they must wait outside while you are receiving services. Unfortunately, we request no handshakes or hugs for our staff.

  5. Follow the check-in process:

    a.    Wash your hands in the restroom or use hand sanitizer.

    b.    Fill out a short symptoms questionnaire and sign a waiver.

  6. Proceed to the styling chair or treatment room with your service provider. We use styling capes for hair clients, as usual, that are always washed between uses.

  7. We prefer non-cash methods for payments (credit, debit cards) and tips (Venmo), however we are accepting all payment types.

  8. We are applying a temporary fee of 5% to all services performed. Please understand that state regulations have significantly reduced our service capacity while our fixed costs have remained the same and we have additional cleaning and personal protection equipment costs.

We know your experience will be different than in the past (we miss the hugs and social interaction!), but we are committed to providing you with the best experience and safest environment possible.

We are determined to rise to the occasion with a positive attitude and a high level of professionalism. We ask that you be patient with us and supportive of our staff as we serve you.
